Vina Real Estate Software Limited (VRES) Launches First Property Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City - April 20th, 2010 - Vina Real Estate Software Limited (VRES), a leading provider of software solutions for the real estate industry, announced the launch of the first, true, real estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Vietnam. The VNMLS Public Launch was held at Novaland’s Sunrise City on Nguyen Huu Tho street in District 7 and attracted nearly 200 real estate professionals and key players in the real estate industry like Marc Townsend - CBRE, Neil MacGregor - Savills and Mr. Huynh Du An - Novaland. This event was also co-sponsored by Novaland, VietRees and Knight Frank Vietnam.
The MLS is used by over 1.3M real estate professionals in the United States. Vietnam Multiple Listing Service (VNMLS) is Vietnam's most comprehensive and accurate electronic real estate database of property listings. For the first time in Vietnam, real estate professionals will have access to the most extensive list of properties for sale or lease, including apartments, townhomes, villas and land.
