What is VNMLS?

Vietnam Multiple Listing Service (VNMLS) is Vietnam's most comprehensive and accurate electronic real estate database. For the first time real estate professionals will have access to the most extensive list of properties in Vietnam through our online property database. Thousands of property listings are available for Ho Chi Minh City and includes apartments, townhomes, and villas for sales or leasing.

Prior to the advent of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) concept, each real estate company had its own inventory of properties (listings) for sale. These "exclusive” listings were controlled by that company and other real estate companies were not allowed to show or sell them. As a result, companies sold their own listings but did not have access to listings of other companies.

Buyers were forced to work with many different real estate professionals in order to attempt to cover the entire range of available properties. In addition, sellers wasted a lot of time and money working with many different real estate professionals representing many potential buyers. The entire process of buying and selling a property was inefficient, often requiring significant amounts of time to sell a property and incurring higher costs for all parties.

With the development of VNMLS, buyers are now able to obtain instant access to many properties that meet their purchase criteria, such as price, location and special home features. Sellers are now able to expose their property to thousands of prospective buyers that they would otherwise not be able to reach.

Who is VNMLS?

VNMLS is a product of Vina Real Estate Software (VRES). VRES was founded by three Americans who have extensive backgrounds in real estate, software development and Vietnam. The founders have lived in Vietnam for a combined 15 exciting years, and look forward to contributing to the development of the Vietnamese software and real estate industries.
